Hey, It's Okay

Hey, it's okay...

... to have named my new car Sassy. It's a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander... In the Outlander series, Jamie calls Claire "Sassenach". Hence, Sassy. My husband and I are super excited to have a new vehicle. He drove a 2000 Mercedes Benz C-class which my father-in-law is going to try to sell for us. I drove a 2008 Nissan Sentra which will now be my husband's primary vehicle to drive to and from work. My primary vehicle will be Sassy:

... to be excited about a possible opportunity on the leadership team of my local MOPS group. I've only been a member since January, but I am so in love with the program. It's an activity this lonely SAHM can look forward to each month. I'm excited about the opportunity to meet more local moms and hopefully make some mom friends. I should know tomorrow whether or not I was accepted into a position for the upcoming MOPS year.

... to think the theme for the 2019-2020 MOPS year is going to be amazing. This year's is Find Your Fire which comes from Romans 12:11-13:
Never let the fire go out... When you hope, be joyful. When you suffer, be patient. When you pray, be faithful. Share with God's people who are in need. Welcome others into your homes.
Next year's theme is To the Full which comes from John 10:10:
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it TO THE FULL.
Seems like it will be a fun year! The intro video for the next year was amazing and brought me to tears. To be fair, I am a sap so...

...  to be unimpressed with my son's napping abilities right now. He sleeps about 12 hours overnight and, easily, napped twice for two hours each a few weeks ago. However, now, he's refusing to nap well during the day. He will maybe nap for half an hour to an hour in the morning and about the same in the afternoon. It makes for a cranky baby because he needs more sleep than he's wanting to get.

... to have gotten drawn in to the game Township yesterday. My son pushed all the buttons on the computer and somehow popped up a window that asked if I wanted to install it. I've been kind of bored at times lately so I decided to download it. I've been playing it off and on since yesterday afternoon.
